Based on CBSE norms, the examination from Academic Year 2017-18 and onwards would be conducted as per the remodeled assessment structure explained below.
Periodic Test (10 Marks): Three periodic written tests will be conducted in the academic year and the average of the best two will be taken.
Portfolio (5 Marks): Portfolio enhances seriousness towards notes, assignments, regularity, punctuality and neatness.
Subject Enrichment Activities (5 Marks): These are subject specific activities for understanding and skill development.
Students have to secure 33% marks out of 80 marks in each subject. The 8 points grading scale is given below:
